Part I – Server rules

You play here, so you play fair. These rules apply on every Playergency server and on the Discord; an admin may also act on behaviour not listed here if it spoils the game for others.

Everywhere

1. Respect other players: no insults, threats, racism, spam or advertising other servers.
2. No cheats, advantage macros or exploiting game bugs. Found a bug – report it on the Discord.
3. One account per person per server; don’t dodge a ban with another account.
4. No offensive names and no impersonating others, including the crew.
5. Follow an admin’s decision at once; appeal on the Discord (reports channel).
6. Your avatar on the site is public: nothing offensive, vulgar or sexual, and no pictures of other people. An admin may remove it.

Counter-Strike 2

1. Arena 1v1: don’t throw rounds or arrange results.
2. Surf: don’t get in the way of other runs or block ramps.
3. Deathmatch: no spawn camping or feeding kills for streaks.
4. Voice: no music or shouting; admins may mute.

Minecraft

1. Don’t destroy or steal from other people’s builds, claimed or not.
2. No player traps in public places or near spawn.
3. No farms that lag the server; admins may remove them.
4. Trade fairly; scamming is punished like theft.
5. A claim expires after 60 days in which neither its owner nor any member plays on survival; everything on it is then unprotected. Deleting a claim yourself gives back 50% of the coins spent on expanding it.

Core Keeper

A private server: players invited by Riczio2. Don’t destroy shared bases and don’t share the password (Game ID) with anyone outside the server.

Part II – Shop terms

1. Seller

The seller is Bogusław Witek, ul. Tylne Chwaliszewo 23/1, 61-103 Poznań, Poland, e-mail contact@bwitek.dev, running an unregistered business (działalność nierejestrowana). Payments are handled by Autopay S.A.

2. Product

1. The shop sells one product: Playergency VIP for 30 days at 14.99 PLN (gross price, the only amount to pay).
2. VIP works on the Playergency servers (Counter-Strike 2, Minecraft) and on the Discord. It gives convenience and distinction; the only exceptions are the smoke grenade on the Arena and the AWP on Deathmatch. The current list of perks is at /en/vip.
3. VIP belongs to the player it was bought for (the in-game account from the !vip / /vip link or the signed-in account). It works in your other games once your accounts are linked.
4. Another purchase extends VIP by 30 days from the current end.

3. Order and payment

1. No account is needed to buy. The buyer gives an e-mail address, to which Autopay sends the payment confirmation.
2. Payment is a one-off BLIK payment or fast bank transfer through Autopay. The contract is made when the payment is confirmed.
3. VIP switches on automatically once the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute (in game – at the server’s next status refresh).

4. Withdrawal

VIP is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Before paying, the buyer agrees to its delivery before the 14-day withdrawal period ends and acknowledges losing the right to withdraw (Polish Consumer Rights Act, art. 38(1)(13)).

5. Complaints

1. If VIP did not switch on or does not work as described, write to contact@bwitek.dev with the order number (from the order page) and the problem.
2. We answer within 14 days. An accepted complaint ends with VIP switched on, extended by the downtime, or a refund.

6. Minors

A minor may buy VIP with a parent’s or guardian’s consent.

7. Final provisions

Changes to these terms are announced on the site and the Discord and do not affect earlier orders. Polish law applies, in particular the Consumer Rights Act.
