Privacy

What data Playergency processes, why and for how long.

1. Controller

The data controller is Bogusław Witek, ul. Tylne Chwaliszewo 23/1, 61-103 Poznań, Poland, e-mail contact@bwitek.dev.

2. What we process

  1. From the game servers: SteamID64 or Minecraft UUID, name, playtime, stats and records, bans. They power the rankings and player profiles, which are public.
  2. From Discord (the bot): user id and name, roles, XP for activity; message content only when you talk to the bot (AI) – to answer you.
  3. When you sign in (optional): your Discord or Steam account id, name and avatar; a session cookie.
  4. Avatar: an image you upload on the site, or a copy of your Discord or Steam picture (from signing in, and for Discord members also from the old site). We store it ourselves, cropped square and without metadata (such as where a photo was taken), and show it publicly next to your name: on your profile, in the rankings and on the home page. Remove it on the Account page or by asking us.
  5. When you buy: e-mail address, chosen colour, the player the VIP is for, payment status. Only Autopay S.A. sees payment details.
  6. Visit statistics: Umami, without cookies and without data that identifies you.

3. Why and on what basis

Running the servers, rankings and profiles (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)), performing the VIP sale and accounting duties (art. 6(1)(b) and (c)), signing in at your request (art. 6(1)(b)).

4. Who receives data

Autopay S.A. (payments), Discord (the bot runs on its platform), Groq (questions asked to the bot, to generate answers). Our servers are in Poland (OVH, Warsaw).

5. How long

Stats and profiles – while the game’s server runs or until you ask for deletion. Orders – 5 years (tax duties). Sign-in sessions – until you sign out, at most 7 days. Avatars – until removed.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and port your data, and complain to the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO). Write to contact@bwitek.dev.

7. Cookies

We use only necessary cookies: the sign-in session and a one-time Steam sign-in safeguard. No advertising or analytics cookies.
